Cottonwood Apartments

Overview
Cottonwood Apartments originally reached out for a website — and we ended up doing a full mini-brand with logo design too.

The Problem
They didn’t have a website or consistent visual identity, and they wanted something professional and welcoming to showcase their available units.

The Solution
I designed a soft, modern logo using a rounded font that subtly nods to the “cotton” theme. The website features all available apartments with imagery, a virtual tour feature, and a clean, mobile-friendly layout. At the end of the project, I created a custom walkthrough video so the client could update the site themselves moving forward.
